Joanna Rutter is a professional designer maker with collections in shops across the UK and the world. She is also a 2nd year illustration student at the University of Brighton. She is inspired by the natural world and works with a spirit of discovery. She enjoys exploring the links and contradictions between narrative/physicality and function/decoration.

What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept payment from all major credit cards through Paypal. You do not need an account to pay by Paypal. UK customers have the additional option of payment by Cheque. Please note that cheques must clear before your order can be posted.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Around 50% of our online sales are to customers from around the world. Please see below for more shipping details.
When will my order be shipped?
In stock items are posted within two working days. Dispatch times for made-to-order items can vary from 3-7 days. Please see the individual item page for a more accurate time scale.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are sent insured with tracking (at no extra cost). UK orders are posted via Royal Mail next day Special Delivery. International orders are by Royal Mail AIRSURE or International Signed For, depending on the destination.
When will my order arrive?
UK orders arrive next business day from date of posting. Orders to the rest of Europe typically take 3-10 days from date of posting. While orders to the rest of the world generally take 5-15 days. If you are worried about the status of your order please contact us.
What about customs duties?
Some larger orders may be subject to customs duties/tax when they reach their destination. Any custom duties/tax levied are the responsibility of the recipient. If you are an EU resident you should not have to pay tax on your order.
How do I convert your prices into my own currency?
We provide prices in GBP (£), to get an accurate estimate of prices in your own currency you can use a free online currency converter such as XE.com

What about returns/exchanges?
I hope you will completely satisfied with your jewellery. If you have any problems please contact me and we will sort it out. For returns I must be notified within 3 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning an item. I will refund via Paypal less original postage charges. All items must be returned in original condition.
The piece I want is out of stock. Can you re-make it?
Usually, yes. It depends on the availability of materials. Please contact me for more details.
Do you accept wholesale orders?
Currently I am at capacity with retail orders. Please enquire for Summer ordering.
Do you accept consignment contracts?
Due to my high volume of work I am no longer accepting new consignment orders. If you are interested in stocking my jewellery please consider placing a wholesale order, see above.
